Urban Leadership Wine & Cheese Social

About this event

Thinking about earning your PhD in Education? Come meet the people who could become part of your doctoral journey.

You’re invited to Claremont Graduate University for a special Urban Leadership Wine & Cheese Social, an informal evening designed to give prospective students an inside look at CGU’s PhD in Education, Urban Leadership program and the community behind it.

Skip the formal presentation and experience Urban Leadership through conversation.

Over wine and cheese, you’ll have the opportunity to connect with Urban Leadership faculty, current students, alumni, and fellow education professionals and hear firsthand what it’s like to pursue a doctorate at CGU while continuing to grow as a leader.

Ask the questions that matter to you. What is the doctoral experience really like? How do students balance the program with their careers? What kinds of research are Urban Leadership students pursuing? How has the PhD shaped the careers and impact of alumni? And could CGU be the right place for your next chapter?

You’ll also meet education leaders who are making an impact across schools, districts, colleges, organizations, and communities throughout the region. These are the kinds of relationships and professional connections that make the Urban Leadership experience extend well beyond the classroom.

Whether you’re ready to apply or simply curious about what earning a PhD could mean for your future, this is an opportunity to explore the program in a relaxed setting and get to know the people who make the Urban Leadership community distinctive.

Come for the wine and cheese. Leave with new connections, new possibilities, and a clearer picture of where your leadership could take you next.

Space is limited, so we encourage you to register early.

We look forward to welcoming you to Claremont.
