About this event
This class builds on foundational hammock skills while introducing more challenging poses, transitions, wraps, and tricks. Students will continue developing strength, flexibility, coordination, and confidence while learning in a safe and supportive environment. Previous aerial hammock experience is required, and placement in the intermediate class is at the instructor’s discretion based on skill level and readiness.
