About this event

Dr. Elizabeth Mokyr Horner ’03 will talk about her strategic investment in research and development for education. Her work focuses on the opportunities that advanced technologies (particularly Al powered) offer in education, particularly in multimodal assessment, early low-cost screening and treatment of developmental delays, curricular tailoring to specific student populations, and improving student agency over their educational journeys.

She will address what is showing promise and where the technologies fall short both in terms of functionality and implementation across the field.

Following the event, Dr. Mokyr Horner will be available for further discussion and informal conversation.
