About this event
This class is all about grounded movement, sensual transitions, and expressive choreography. You’ll learn how to flow seamlessly across the floor with rolls, slides, kicks, and transitions that bring artistry and confidence to your dance. The focus is on musicality, storytelling, and fluidity, with little to no use of the pole. Open to all levels—whether you’re brand new to floorwork or looking to refine your flow, this class will help you unlock new movement pathways. Heels and knee pads are encouraged, but not required.
