About this event
This class is the best of both worlds. Begin with dynamic flows, standing poses, balance work, and core-strenthening sequences to build heat, focus and stamina. Then we will transition into mostly seated or lying poses that gently target the connective tissues, improve mobility and encourage deep relaxation.
