About this event

Qigong is an ancient Chinese energy healing practice. Translated as "Life Force Cultivation," it involves gentle, meditative movement and breathwork. Qigong promotes overall wellness, boosts immune functioning, and engenders a sense of well being and wholeness. Tai Chi as a martial art is based on the same ancient principles as Qigong. In our practice, we integrate meditative Tai Chi moves to improve balance and concentration.

Schedule 9:00-9:30AM Shibashi Qigong, peer-led (most Fridays) 9:30-10:00AM Tai Chi Easy™ (Lee Conger teaches every week)

The 1st Friday of every month, Lee Conger (Certified Teacher of Integral Qigong and Tai Chi) leads the 9:00-9:30AM Qigong session, drawing on any number of practices he has acquired since 2011. He continues 9:30-10:00AM with Tai Chi Easy™.

The location is "The Castle," 733 Plymouth Rd., Claremont, CA 91711. For directions, email me at MindBodyLosAngeles@gmail.com

The painting of "The Castle" is by Pilgrim Place resident Eleanor Scott Meyers .
