About this event
New to pole? Start here. This class is designed for absolute beginners with no prior experience. You’ll learn foundational grips, basic spins, and body positioning while building strength and confidence from the ground up. We move at a supportive pace so you feel comfortable, challenged, and accomplished by the end of class. Required before advancing to Beginner Pole. please do not wear any lotions or oils before class. LATE ARRIVALS NOT PERMITTED.
