About this event
Qigong is an ancient Chinese energy healing practice. Translated as "Life Force Cultivation," it involves gentle, meditative movement and breathwork. Qigong promotes overall wellness, boosts immune functioning, and engenders a sense of well being and wholeness. Tai Chi as a martial art is based on the same ancient principles as Qigong. In our practice, we integrate meditative Tai Chi moves to improve balance and concentration.
The location is the Pomona College Organic Farm. It can be a little bit tricky to find. The given address is 295 E 1st St., Pomona, CA 91711. But from that spot on E 1st St, you will only be able to peer at the farm through the chainlink fence. For directions, email me at MindBodyLosAngeles@gmail.com
Sessions are freely offered. I accept donations with gratitude.
