Sunset Canyon Trail at Caroline Park, Redlands

This will be an easy walk/hike for those who prefer something less strenuous with light, easy elevation changes. Caroline Park is a 16.8 acre nature park with trails and open space planted with native California plants and a water conservation garden (I was intrigued by the buckeyes). There is a trail around the circumference, with other trails crossing through it. Lots of shade and numerous benches to enjoy some nice views. We'll start out at 3:30; sunset will be just before 5 (standard time!) so expect some nice golden hour photos The parking area is a turnout off Sunset Drive; enter at the east end to avoid having to make a u-turn. Dogs are welcome on leash, great for kids and families. No restrooms available.

After walking, if we want to continue our fellowship over something to eat, we can go to Corky's Cafe in Yucaipa.
