Beginner Hammock

About this event

Ready to take your aerial hammock journey to the next level? This beginner-level class is designed for students who have completed our Intro to Hammock class and are ready to build on the fundamentals. We’ll continue developing strength, confidence, and technique while introducing more dynamic transitions, beginner-friendly wraps, longer sequences, and foundational skills. Students will refine proper form, improve body awareness, and begin connecting movements into smooth, flowing combinations. Expect a fun and supportive environment where you’ll challenge yourself, celebrate your progress, and continue building a strong foundation in the air.
