Join us on Sunday, November 8, 2026, in Downtown Redlands for a full day created for licensed estheticians, beauty professionals, and students who are ready to learn, connect, and grow within the industry.

The IE Esthetician Collective is rooted in community over competition. This event is your opportunity to learn from experienced educators, discover new techniques and products, meet some of your favorite professional brands, and build genuine connections with other beauty professionals throughout Southern California.

• Community vs. Competition and Metabolic Peels with COSMEDIX

• A complete Korean Lash Lift class and live demonstration

• Plus-Size Hybrid Brazilian Waxing using both soft and hard wax

• A corrective skincare class with our final educator, soon to be announced

• Educational demonstrations and industry-focused conversations

• A curated vendor experience featuring professional skincare, waxing, lash, apparel, and beauty brands

• Networking with estheticians, students, educators, and brand representatives

• A panel Q&A

• Lunch, refreshments, and a tote bag filled with products and goodies ($150 VALUE)
