- ➤ The 34th Annual Black Rose Awards winners have been announced (the J.W. Vines Medical Society won the Jim King Founders Award and Carl M. Dameron earned Humanitarian of the Year). - ➤ San Bernardino County will host its first-ever Saturday marriage ceremonies on Valentine’s Day. Assessor-Recorder-County Clerk Josie Gonzales will offer appointments at the Hall of Records, 222 W. Hospitality Lane from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. to serve couples who preapply for a marriage license.
