- ➤ Joseph is a 2-year-old neutered Husky waiting for a loving home at the Devore Animal Shelter in San Bernardino County—he loves playing with his toys and getting treats. - ➤ Rialto held its Juneteenth Jam on June 19 from 4 PM to 9 PM at Fergusson Park to celebrate freedom, unity, and Black culture. - ➤ The San Bernardino County Fire Department warns residents today that fireworks are illegal in unincorporated areas and that using them may lead to fines of up to $1,250, criminal charges, and liability for property owners & urges anyone who sees illegal fireworks to report them immediately. - ➤ The CalFresh program helps eligible low-income families and individuals in San Bernardino buy the nutritious food they need each month using an electronic benefit card. Applicants must meet criteria such as citizenship, income, and residency and can apply online, by phone, or in person at local Transitional Assistance offices—expedited service is available for qualified cases. - ➤ San Bernardino County Code Enforcement removed a collapsed structure in Trona to improve community safety during the 2024–2025 fiscal year — the project completed 11 abatements, including eight demolitions and three voluntary clearings at a cost of $245,303. San Bernardino County
