  • A once-overlooked alley in downtown San Bernardino became Sole Alley with a $770K Clean California grant and community help—this project features murals, new lighting, brick pavement, bike racks and public seating. Mayor Helen Tran held a ribbon cutting on July 18—local artists, city leaders and state partners joined to celebrate the new space that offers a vibrant spot for art and culture.  Inland Empire Community News
  • Community leaders and residents gathered on July 17 at Creative Grounds in Sole Alley to shape San Bernardino’s cultural district by writing ideas on colorful sticky notes and sharing favorite local events—feedback that will form a cultural asset map to guide next steps, with a follow-up session set for July 29 at the Feldheym Central Library Kellogg Room B.  Inland Empire Community News
