- ➤ Arts Connection is working with local partners to build a film hub in the Inland Empire as it prepares for the 2nd Annual Inland Film Fest set for Saturday, Sept. 13 at Regal Cinemas with an award show on Sunday, Sept. 14 at the University of Redlands.
