- ➤ California State University San Bernardino — a key local school — will mark its 60th year this October as it partners with community schools and government to grow higher education. - ➤ San Bernardino City Unified and the University of Redlands signed an agreement on Oct. 1 for Arroyo Valley High students to take free GIS dual credit courses during school hours.
