- ➤ FARSB’s Food as Medicine program in San Bernardino has delivered over 3,540 healthy meal boxes to nearly 15,000 participants managing chronic conditions. The three-year initiative—backed by a $14.1M grant—partners with more than 30 healthcare providers to improve access to nutritious food and strengthen local health outcomes.
